Nizamabad to Open Paddy Procurement Centers in October
Starting in October, the government in Nizamabad is setting up centers to buy rice from farmers.
Farmers grew a lot of rice this year, and the government wants to make sure they get a fair price.
There will be hundreds of centers to buy different types of rice.
Officials are making sure there are enough resources, like bags and storage, and they'll provide weather alerts.
Farmers should bring clean and dry rice to get the best price.
Paddy procurement centers will open in Nizamabad from October.
Paddy was cultivated on 1.76 lakh hectares in the current kharif season.
Approximately 11 lakh metric tons of fine-quality paddy is expected.
663 procurement centers will be set up across the district.
