Delhi Car Blast: NIA Arrests Key Associate, Reveals Technical Support
The police arrested a man named Jasir Bilal Wani who they believe helped a terrorist carry out a car bombing near the Red Fort.
They say Jasir helped by making some technical things, like changing drones and trying to build rockets, to help with the attack.
The person who drove the car bomb, named Umar un Nabi, died in the explosion.
The police are investigating if there were other people involved in planning this attack, and they have arrested another person already.
They found out the bomber was a professor.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested Jasir Bilal Wani alias Danish in Srinagar for alleged involvement in the Delhi car bomb blast.
Wani is accused of providing technical support, including modifying drones and attempting to make rockets for the attack.
The blast, which occurred near the Red Fort on November 10, killed 15 people and injured over 30.
The deceased attacker has been identified as Umar un Nabi, an Assistant Professor at Al Falah University.
This is the second arrest in the case, following the apprehension of Amir Rashid Ali, who allegedly helped purchase the explosive-laden vehicle.
