Canada Issues Invitations for Permanent Residency to Foreign Workers

Canada is inviting people who have worked in Canada to become permanent residents.

The government held a draw on October 1, 2025, and invited 1,000 people who have work experience in Canada through its Express Entry program.

To be eligible, you needed a certain score based on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).

This system ranks candidates, and the lowest score invited in this round was 534.

This is part of the Canadian Experience Class, designed for skilled workers who meet specific requirements, including work experience and language skills.

If multiple candidates have the same score, the one who submitted their profile earliest gets priority.

To qualify, you must have worked at least one year in Canada and received a salary.
