Shiv Sena Factions United for Chakan Mayor, Shinde Targets Rivals at Balasaheb Memorial
Two groups of the Shiv Sena party, led by Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde, worked together to help Manisha Gore win the mayor election in Chakan without any other candidates.
They did this to honor her late husband, who was a respected Shiv Sena politician.
In a separate event, Eknath Shinde, while inaugurating a memorial for Balasaheb Thackeray, the founder of their party, criticized Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray without naming them.
He also highlighted his government's achievements and emphasized the importance of Shiv Sainiks' service.
