Tiger Dies After Falling Into Well in Bandhavgarh
A big, grown-up tiger died after falling into a deep hole in a forest in India.
The tiger was probably chasing a wild pig when it fell.
The hole didn't have any fence around it.
People who take care of the forest found the tiger's body the next morning.
They think the tiger died naturally and not because someone hurt it.
They will do a special check to find out more.
In another part of the forest, they also found another tiger's body that was very old and had some injuries.
They will check that one too to find out how it died.
A full-grown tiger died after falling into a well in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve while chasing a boar.
The well had no boundary, and the tiger's carcass was recovered on Friday morning.
Authorities believe the death was natural and not due to poaching.
An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday to determine the tiger's sex and confirm the cause of death.
A highly decomposed tiger body was found in East Mandla, with a wound on the stomach and maggots present.
