Congress Urges Centre to Expedite Kothagudem Airport Clearances
A Congress leader named Renuka Chowdhury is asking the central government to hurry up and give the necessary approvals for a new airport in Kothagudem, Telangana.
This airport is important because it will help connect big industries, make it easier for people to visit the famous Bhadrachalam temple, and improve security along the border.
The project has been delayed since 2016, even though the state government has identified land and completed a study.
The leader is worried that more delays will make the project more expensive and cause problems for the people living in the area.
She even mentioned the Bhadrachalam temple, dedicated to Lord Ram, to urge the government to act faster.
