Jharkhand Spinner Rajandeep Singh Impresses India at Ranchi Nets
Rajandeep Singh is a young cricketer from Jharkhand.
He bowled to Indian players during a practice session in Ranchi.
His bowling made it difficult for some batters to hit the ball well.
Sanju Samson and other players told him he was bowling well.
Rajandeep has also played for Jharkhand in important cricket tournaments.
He once thought about leaving cricket because his family had trouble paying for his training.
He stayed with the sport and has since had some strong performances.
A few IPL teams have invited him to trials, and he says he is focused on improving.
Rajandeep Singh, a 24-year-old right-arm off-break bowler, impressed Indian batters during a net session in Ranchi.
Sanju Samson and other players praised his bowling, which beat batters and drew edges and mistimed shots.
Rajandeep has played 11 T20 matches and 12 List A games, and was part of Jharkhand’s Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy-winning side.
He took five wickets in eight matches in that tournament and scored 200 runs in seven innings.
After once considering quitting because of financial difficulties, Rajandeep now has IPL trial interest from two or three teams.
