Belem Action Plan Launched for Health and Climate Adaptation

Countries and groups are coming together at a big meeting called COP30 to create a plan to help people stay healthy.
They are calling it the Belem Action Plan.
Also, some generous people who give money to help causes announced they will give $300 million.
This money will help fix things that cause climate change and help people who are already feeling sick because of it.
