Maharashtra Cabinet Approves Key Decisions

The Maharashtra government has made several important decisions.

They approved a new scheme called PM SETU to upgrade 1,000 government ITIs (Industrial Training Institutes) and help students find jobs.

This scheme will start in three districts: Nagpur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and Pune.

The government also decided to use a special system called TReDS to pay contractors who have not been paid yet, which will help small and medium businesses.

Additionally, they approved the revival of a spinning mill in Dhule and extended the lease period for government land to up to 49 years.

They also decided to waive a tax called stamp duty on the sale and purchase of certain properties called enemy properties to boost their sales.
