Inspira Global Acquires Burger King India Operator

Inspira Global, a company with many different businesses, is buying a big part of Restaurant Brands Asia, which runs Burger King in India and Indonesia.

They will pay ₹460 crore for the stake and add ₹1,500 crore more to the company.

This deal will make Inspira own about 35% of RBA, and they might buy even more.

Inspira plans to use the money to grow Burger King's business in India.

They have been in the food business for a long time and also do other things like real estate and clean energy.

The current owners, QSR Asia, are selling their stake.

Inspira has a food arm that runs China Wok restaurants.

They promise to keep the current Burger King team and plans in place.
