Jasmine Shah Withdraws Plea Against Removal as DDCD Vice-Chairman
Jasmine Shah, who used to be in charge of some projects for the Delhi government, tried to fight the government in court.
The government had removed him from his job and said he couldn't use his office anymore.
He went to court, but he decided to stop the case and withdraw his appeal.
The court agreed to let him do this, and the government said the case wasn't valid because the removal was the right thing to do.
Before this, Shah was responsible for important projects like Delhi's electric vehicle plan and other initiatives, also he had the same status of a cabinet minister.
