Sophie Devine Calls for WPL Rule Changes

Sophie Devine, a player for the Gujarat Giants in the Women's Premier League (WPL), thinks the rules need to change to help bowlers more.

She says the current rules make it hard for bowlers because batters have too much advantage.

Devine wants more fielders to be allowed outside the restricted area, similar to the men's game.

She also talked about a strategy called 'retired-out' where players leave the game early to help the team.

Devine has been doing well in the league, and her team will play against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) next.

The match will be shown on Star Sports and the JioStar app.
