Hyderabad Airport Receives Bomb Threats
The Hyderabad airport got emails saying there might be bombs on three planes coming from different places.
The planes were from London, Germany, and a city in India.
All the planes landed safely, and the airport did special checks to make sure everything was okay.
They moved the planes away from others, checked the bags and people, and had fire trucks and dogs ready just in case.
Authorities are trying to find out who sent the emails.
Because of this, many flights were cancelled on Monday.
Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) received bomb threats for three incoming flights via email.
The threatened flights were British Airways from Heathrow, Lufthansa from Frankfurt, and IndiGo from Kannur.
All three flights landed safely, and standard safety protocols were initiated.
Safety measures included isolating the aircraft, screening passengers and baggage, and preparing fire engines and sniffer dogs.
Authorities are investigating the source of the email, and 58 arrivals and 54 departures were cancelled at Hyderabad Airport on Monday.
