Naidu to Distribute Visakhapatnam House-Site Pattas Under Swachhandhra Programme
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is visiting Visakhapatnam on September 19.
He will join a cleanliness and development programme called Swarnandhra-Swachhandhra.
He will meet sanitation workers and members of the public at RK Beach.
He will also distribute documents that give families rights over the homes they occupy.
Officials said 28,500 people will receive house-site pattas.
Another 24,000 people are expected to receive conveyance deeds.

The Chief Minister said the programme ends a long wait for many families.

Naidu will interact with sanitation workers and the public at RK Beach before distributing house-site pattas at AU Engineering College grounds.
Officials said 28,500 beneficiaries will receive house-site pattas, while 24,000 will receive conveyance deeds through dedicated counters.
The documents are intended to provide legal property rights, greater security of tenure and better economic opportunities for poor and middle-class families.
Visakhapatnam MP M Sribharat said efforts are being made to complete the conditional conveyance-deed process within seven to 10 days.
