Bullet Train Project: Viaduct Launched Over Ahmedabad ROB
Imagine a super-fast train track being built in India!
A special part of this project is building a bridge over a busy road in Ahmedabad.
The team used a special method to build the bridge, putting it together piece by piece.
This part of the bridge is really long, about the size of a basketball court.
It also weighs as much as 1200 tons.
The engineers worked quickly and finished building it in just 12 days, making sure it was safe and strong for the new high-speed trains.
This is all part of making the bullet train a reality.
NHSRCL completed viaduct launch over Girdhar Nagar ROB in Ahmedabad.
The project is part of the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Corridor.
The viaduct span is 45 meters long.
The total weight of the span is 1200 metric tonnes.
Work was completed within 12 days.
