Investigators say the car may have followed her motorcycle after an argument.

Police arrested alleged driver Kalyan Bainsla and his cousin Lavnish in Rajasthan.

Two other people were also in the car and have been asked to give statements.

Tests will help determine whether Bainsla had been drinking.

Sia wants authorities to take action against anyone else who may have been involved.
