Villagers Unite to Renovate Anganwadi Center in Doddadka
Imagine a daycare center for kids that was falling apart.
The government didn't have enough money to fix it, so the people in the village decided to do it themselves!
They collected money, got help from donors, and even worked on the repairs.
They fixed the roof, added tiles, put up a fence, and painted the building.
It cost about 1.5 lakh rupees.
They did all of this because they wanted a safe and nice place for the kids to learn and play.
Everyone celebrated when the center reopened!
Villagers of Doddadka renovated the local Anganwadi center.
The original building, built in 1993, was in a state of disrepair.
Government funds were insufficient for the repairs, leading to community action.
