Vietnam's VinGroup Expresses Interest in Telangana EV and Energy Investments
A big company from Vietnam called VinGroup wants to build some factories in a place called Telangana in India.
They want to make electric cars and batteries for them.
They also think it would be good to build solar and wind power plants there.
The leader of Telangana, the Chief Minister, met with the company's boss in New Delhi.
The company boss liked the idea of a new city being built.
