OTP Digital Lockers Expand Access At Delhi Railway Stations

OTP Digital Lockers Expand Access At Delhi Railway Stations

Some Delhi railway stations now offer lockers for storing luggage.

The lockers are meant for people who have long waits, want to visit the city, or are carrying heavy bags.

Passengers use their mobile number and a one-time password, called an OTP, to open a locker.

They choose the locker size and how long they want to use it.

They can pay with digital services such as Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm.

The lockers are currently working at New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin.

Lockers at Delhi Junction and Anand Vihar Terminal are expected to work shortly.

To collect a bag, passengers verify another OTP and select the “Release” option.
