US $112bn Gaza Plan: Project Sunrise
The US has a big plan called Project Sunrise to rebuild Gaza, which has been damaged by war.
It will cost $112.1 billion and take 10 years.
The plan includes building new houses, schools, and even luxury resorts.
The US and other countries will help pay for it.
But some people are worried because the plan doesn't say where the 2 million people living in Gaza will stay while it's being rebuilt.
Also, the plan wants Hamas, the group in control of Gaza, to give up their weapons first, which might be hard for them.
Some people think this plan is a way to control Gaza and its people, not really help them.
Project Sunrise is a $112.1 billion plan to rebuild Gaza over 10 years.
Developed by Jared Kushner, Steve Witkoff, and Israeli firms in 45 days.
Funding includes 20% from the US, with the rest from foreign grants and sovereign debts.
The plan has three phases: clearing debris and tunnels, building housing and facilities, and developing luxury properties and infrastructure.
Critics argue the plan skips important steps like political settlements and doesn't address where 2 million Gazans will live during reconstruction.
