Fresh cheating complaint filed against arrested Bengal businessman Joy Kamdar
There is a businessman in Kolkata, India, named Joy Kamdar.
The police think he was involved in taking land from people in a wrong way.
Now, a new complaint has been filed against him and his brother Tushar.
A man says they promised to share the money from a housing project with him.
He says he was supposed to get 25 out of every 100 rupees of profit.
