Easwaran's Father Slams Test Snub; Jaiswal Dismissed Early
Imagine a cricketer named Abhimanyu who has been waiting for his chance to play Test cricket.
His father is unhappy that he didn't get to play in a recent series.
The father believes that players should be picked based on their performances in long-form cricket matches, not the faster IPL games.
In a separate part of the same game, another player, Yashasvi Jaiswal, got out early after a review.
The captain, Ollie Pope, made a smart decision to challenge the umpire's initial call, leading to Jaiswal's dismissal.
Abhimanyu Easwaran's father criticized the team management for not including his son in the Test series.
Easwaran was not given a chance to play despite being in the squad for all five matches against England.
The father suggested that Test selections should prioritize performances in first-class cricket over IPL.
Yashasvi Jaiswal was dismissed early in the final Test after a DRS review.
Ollie Pope's successful DRS call led to Jaiswal's dismissal.
