Fuel Prices Steady in India Amid Global Oil Fluctuations
Fuel prices in India stayed the same on July 21st, even though oil prices around the world were changing.
This is because the companies that sell fuel in India set the prices.
The price of oil went down a little after going up for two days because some countries are trying to make peace.
But there are also fights happening between the US and Iran, and a group called the Houthis is threatening to block ships in the sea, which could make oil prices go up again.
So, while Indian people are not feeling the changes in oil prices right now, things could change if the fights continue.
Fuel prices in India remained unchanged on July 21st despite global oil price fluctuations.
Brent crude prices dropped 0.4% to below $89 a barrel after a two-day rise.
Diplomatic efforts are underway to revive a peace deal between the US and Iran.
The Houthis threatened to impose a naval blockade on Saudi Arabia, raising concerns about oil supply disruptions.
Indian fuel prices are determined by state-run Oil Marketing Companies and have not changed since May 25th.
