OneTag Lets Indian Drivers Switch Banks Without Replacing FASTag
OneTag lets drivers change the bank connected to their FASTag.
They do not need to remove or replace the sticker on their car.
Drivers begin the process in the Rajmargyatra app.
They enter their vehicle registration number to check eligibility.
Their current bank sends a six-digit code to confirm the request.
The driver then chooses a new bank and completes fresh KYC checks.
The old wallet is closed after the change.
Any leftover money is refunded after pending tolls and fees are considered.
Drivers must wait six months before changing providers again.

Drivers can request portability through the National Highways Authority of India’s Rajmargyatra application.
