Arpan's #POCSOPakadLega Campaign at Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026
Arpan, a group that helps stop child abuse, had a big campaign called #POCSOPakadLega at the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026.
They wanted to tell everyone about child abuse and how important it is to follow the POCSO Act, which protects children.
They used big signs, a special stage, and even a life-size cut-out of actress Vidya Balan to get people's attention.
Thousands of runners and spectators saw their message and took pledges to help keep children safe.
Arpan has been doing this for a long time and has helped millions of people learn about child safety.
Arpan launched the #POCSOPakadLega campaign at the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026 to raise awareness about Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) and the POCSO Act.
The campaign was part of Child Safety Week, observed from 14th to 20th November 2025, with Vidya Balan as the Goodwill Ambassador.
Arpan used placards, powerful slogans, a Motivational Zone stage, and a public pledge signboard to engage participants and amplify the message.
The campaign reached over 165 million people nationwide and saw thousands of marathon participants engaging with the message and taking pledges for child safety.
Arpan has been recognized for its impactful work, including being named Second Runners-up for Best Motivational Zone Stage at TMM 2025.
