Apollo Hospitals Gets Exchange Nod for Restructuring
Apollo Hospitals has received permission from the stock exchanges NSE and BSE to restructure its businesses.
This means they can now split off their digital health and pharmacy businesses into a new company.
They also plan to merge Apollo HealthCo and Keimed Private Ltd into this new entity.
The stock exchanges have given them six months to submit this plan to the court.
Apollo Hospitals expects to finish this restructuring by the end of the financial year 2027.
They had already received approval from the Competition Commission of India earlier this year.
Apollo Hospitals received no-objection from NSE and BSE for its restructuring scheme.
The approval is valid for six months from December 23, 2025.
Apollo plans to spin off its digital health and pharmacy businesses into a new entity.
Apollo HealthCo and Keimed Private Ltd will be merged with the new entity.
