Kerala High Court to Launch E-filing from 57 Jails
The Kerala High Court is making it easier for prisoners to file legal documents.
Instead of using paper, prisoners in 57 jails will now be able to file appeals and other requests electronically.
This change came after the Chief Justice noticed the old paper system.
The court created a new system with help from the Kerala State Legal Services Authority and the IT department to make things simpler.
This new e-filing system starts on July 1, helping the court run more efficiently.
