CEA: Trust and Deregulation Crucial for India's Economy
The Chief Economic Advisor (CEA) said that India needs to focus on trust, reducing rules, and everyone working together to grow the economy and avoid being stuck in the middle-income level.
He mentioned important things like balancing energy with security, dealing with AI and jobs, ensuring fair income, and educating and training young people.
The CEA also wants companies to invest more, and for the government and private sectors to work together.
He said India could be a $5 trillion economy by 2027-28, but that requires everyone to improve living standards.
CEA emphasizes trust, deregulation, and reciprocation for economic growth.
He highlighted key priorities: energy balance, AI impact, fair income, and youth skills.
