Himanshi Khurana Opens Up on Religious Conflict with Asim Riaz

Himanshi Khurana is a Punjabi actress who appeared on the reality show Bigg Boss 13.

On the show, she fell in love with fellow contestant Asim Riaz, and they dated for four years.

In December 2023, they broke up, saying their different religious beliefs were the reason.

Recently, Himanshi talked about her relationship on Paras Chhabra's podcast.

She said Asim told her good things about his religion and wanted her to understand and accept them, but she was not comfortable doing so.

She said she would not call it conversion, and she stressed that Asim never misbehaved with her.

She felt that accepting another faith would be like betraying her own God.

She even thought about visiting the Char Dham pilgrimage sites before making any decision and wondered whether she would be cremated or buried.

She also went on a tough trek called Kinnaur Kailash and cried when she reached the destination.

After the show, she had health problems like thyroid issues and depression, but she says she is doing much better now.
