Puducherry unveils financial aid schemes for media persons
The Puducherry government has announced new plans to help media workers and their families.
If a media person dies while working, their family will get Rs 5 lakh.
If a media person gets hurt badly and can't work anymore, their family will also get Rs 5 lakh.
The leader of Puducherry, K Kailashnathan, approved these plans to make sure media workers are taken care of.
