First, the hallway they walked down started to stretch and shimmer like gooey candy.

It was hard to walk forward or backward, like being stuck on a wonky escalator.

Sammy thought maybe their mom was playing a trick, but Simmy was scared and just wanted their parents.

They had to walk forward into the kitchen to get water for their dad.

When they opened the kitchen door, the whole room suddenly got super huge, like when you zoom out on a picture!

Even the fridge became giant.

Then, they heard their dad's voice.

But when they saw him, he looked like their dad, but his eyes were different and scary.
