Shareholder Lock-in Ends for Vibhor Steel, Borana Weaves
Two companies, Vibhor Steel Tubes and Borana Weaves, had lots of people wanting to buy their stocks when they first offered them (IPOs).
Now, a time period where some of the original investors couldn't sell their shares is ending.
This means some of the shares can now be traded.
For Vibhor Steel, a lot of shares are becoming available, while for Borana Weaves, fewer shares are involved.
This doesn't mean everyone will sell right away, but they can.
Both stocks did very well when they started, but now they are trading at the same price as when they first became available.
Vibhor Steel Tubes and Borana Weaves' shareholder lock-in periods end.
Vibhor Steel's lock-in impacts 38 lakh shares (20% equity).
Borana Weaves' lock-in affects 15 lakh shares (6% equity).
Lock-in ending doesn't guarantee immediate share sales.
Both IPOs had high subscriptions but face current trading at IPO price.
