New Independent Directors Join Cyient Board

P R Ramesh, previously the chairman of Deloitte India, and Madan Pillutla, who is a dean at the Indian School of Business, have become Independent Directors at Cyient.

Pillutla recently resigned from a similar role at a Cyient group company called Cyient DLM.

Ramesh has extensive experience, including serving on other company boards.

Pillutla's departure from Cyient DLM and new appointment at Cyient were both announced recently.
