Gadchiroli Villages Gain Freedom with New Bus Service
After waiting for decades, 15 villages in Gadchiroli now have a new bus service!
The police worked with the bus company to make this happen.
The bus will travel a specific route, connecting the villages to schools, hospitals, and shops.
This will make it easier for people to get around.
The new bus also shows that the area is becoming safer and more developed, as the bus service was launched after the decrease of the Maoist influence.
State transport bus service launched in 15 remote villages of Gadchiroli district.
The initiative was spearheaded by the district police in coordination with the Maharashtra State Transport Corporation (MSRTC).
The new bus service connects villages on the Gadchiroli–Chatgaon–Dhanora–Yerkad–Murumgaon route.
The bus service is expected to improve access to schools, hospitals, and markets for the villagers.
The launch is seen as a symbol of development and a step away from Maoist influence in the area.
