Jupiter International Plans 2027 IPO for Expansion

Jupiter International Ltd, a solar cell manufacturer, plans to go public in early 2027 to raise funds for expanding its manufacturing capacity.

The company, which is already profitable, aims to increase its production from 4.5 GW to 7.5 GW by the end of the current financial year.

This expansion includes a new 3 GW facility in Nagpur and a 5 GW ingot and wafer manufacturing plant.

The company is also looking to enter overseas markets, particularly the US.

Despite challenges like the intermittent nature of solar power, the CEO is optimistic about the future due to declining storage costs and the growing competitiveness of solar energy.
