Punjab MLA to hold prayer meet at 1984 massacre site

Many Sikh people were hurt and killed.
Now, a man named Manwinder Singh Giaspura, who is like a local leader, wants to have a special prayer meeting there.
He wants to remember what happened and ask for justice.
This meeting is going to happen on February 3.
