Andhra Pradesh Opens NTR Bharosa Pension Applications
The Andhra Pradesh government is giving more people a chance to receive a monthly pension.
Applications can be submitted from September 7 to 16 at designated local centres.
People who may qualify include poor families, older people, widows, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.
Applicants must provide identity, income, and category-related documents.
Officials will check the applications and documents between September 17 and 26.
Approved pensions will be given out in phases.
The existing scheme supports more than 61 lakh people.
Monthly payments depend on a person’s situation, with amounts reaching up to Rs 15,000 for people with complete disabilities.
