India Launches Upgraded Child Protection Portal Mission Vatsalya
The government has launched a new and improved website called Mission Vatsalya to help protect children.
This website combines two existing services, Khoya-Paya for missing children and TrackChild for found children.
The new site will make it easier for people to report issues, track cases, and get help.
It also connects to the national child helpline and emergency services.
The goal is to make child protection services faster and more efficient.
People working in child protection will get training to use the new system effectively.
The Ministry of Women and Child Development launched a revamped Mission Vatsalya portal.
The portal consolidates Khoya-Paya and TrackChild services into one digital interface.
It aims to enhance efficiency and improve monitoring of child protection services.
The platform integrates with the child helpline 1098 and ERSS-112.
Master trainers from all states and Union territories will receive training.
