Experts Warn Against Sharing Personal Data
Don’t Share Emails, Mobile Numbers, Say Cybersecurity Experts · deccanchronicle.com

Cybersecurity experts held a workshop at Osmania University to teach people about keeping their personal information safe.

They said that sharing phone numbers and emails at places like malls and restaurants can be dangerous because this information can be sold or used by bad people.

The experts advised using strong passwords, not using public USB ports for charging phones, and not sharing WiFi passwords.

They also recommended using a website called 'Have I Been Pwned' to check if your email has been part of any data breaches.

Additionally, they suggested using an app called Malwarebytes to scan phones for harmful software.

Another speaker talked about the dangers of drugs and how young people are getting addicted.

By the end of the workshop, students were more careful about sharing their personal information.
