Two one-year-old twin brothers in Kerala became very sick after they may have tasted a chemical on their kitchen floor.
The chemical was suspected to be pesticide.
The boys were taken to a private hospital but died around 10 p.m.
on Friday.
Police found bottles of pesticide and paint thinner in the kitchen.
They opened an investigation and planned tests to find the exact cause of death.
In another incident, a youth became stuck inside an elevator after the electricity went out.
The elevator did not work even after power returned.
Fire personnel used special hydraulic equipment to rescue him.

In a separate incident, fire personnel rescued a youth trapped in a dysfunctional elevator for more than an hour after a power outage in Vadakkencherry.
