Andhra Pradesh Legislature Monsoon Session Set for September 18
The Andhra Pradesh government is holding a meeting of its lawmakers, called the Monsoon Session.
The Governor, S. Abdul Nazeer, announced it will start on September 18th.
The Assembly will meet at 9 am, and the Council at 10 am.
The meetings will be in Amaravati.
Before this, there's a special meeting for women lawmakers in Tirupati.
The goal is for lawmakers to discuss and make laws for the state, as per their responsibilities.
Many women MLAs from across the country will be in attendance.
The Andhra Pradesh Legislature's Monsoon Session will begin on September 18.
Governor Justice S. Abdul Nazeer issued the official notification.
Legislative Assembly proceedings start at 9 am, and the Council at 10 am.
A special meeting for women MLAs will take place in Tirupati on September 14 and 15.
Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Lok Sabha Speaker will attend the first day of the program.
