CM outlines vision for Gopalpur beach
The Gopalpur Beach Festival in Odisha ended with a big celebration.
The Chief Minister, Mohan Charan Majhi, talked about making the beach and the area around it even better.
He started many new projects worth a lot of money to improve health, education, and roads.
He also announced plans to make the beach more beautiful and to celebrate a famous poet's birthday every year.
The Chief Minister also talked about making the port bigger, which will create jobs for many people.
He was happy that one beach got a special award for being clean and wants two more beaches to get the same award.

The CM dedicated projects worth Rs 492 crore, including 15 inaugurated projects and 64 foundation stones laid.
A Rs 32 crore fund was announced for the development and beautification of Gopalpur beach.
The birth anniversary of Kabi Samrat Upendra Bhanja will be celebrated as a seven-day state-level festival annually.
The expansion of Gopalpur Port with an investment of Rs 16,554 crore was highlighted, aiming to generate employment for 5,000 youths.
