G Square Launches ₹750 Crore Ultra-Luxury Project in Coimbatore

G Square, a company that builds homes and buildings, has started a new project in Coimbatore.

It's called G Square The Residency and costs ₹750 crore.

The project is on 16.3 acres of land near Peelamedu.

Right now, they are offering a special price of ₹39.9 lakh per cent, which is 30% cheaper than usual.

This place is very close to the Race Course area, where land is very expensive.

The company's boss, Bala Ramajayam, says this is a big chance to be part of an important project in Coimbatore.
