Mumbai, Pune Housing Sales Fall Due to Price Surge
Imagine lots of people were planning to buy houses in Mumbai and Pune, but then the houses got much more expensive.
This made fewer people able to buy homes.
Sales went down by 17% in a few months.
Thane saw the biggest drop, while Mumbai city, Navi Mumbai, and Pune also saw declines.
Even though sales are down, some experts say the market is still doing well.
They are not too worried about the decrease.

Thane experienced a 28% decline in sales.
Mumbai city sales dipped by 8%, and Navi Mumbai by 6%.
