PE Firms Bid for ESR India's Warehousing Portfolio
Imagine big companies that store things are selling their warehouses in India.
Several big investment companies want to buy these warehouses.
The warehouses are worth a lot of money, around 3,500 crore rupees.
This is not the first time these warehouses have been put up for sale.
Warehouses are becoming popular for investment, especially as more people in smaller cities buy things online and need a place to store them.
ESR India's warehousing portfolio is attracting bids from global private equity firms.
