Ranchi Fire Services to Get Smaller Vehicles for Quicker Response
Imagine fire trucks, but smaller!
The fire department in Ranchi is getting new, smaller fire engines to help put out fires faster.
These new trucks will be able to squeeze through tight streets and traffic jams to reach fires quicker.
The state government is paying for some of them, and the central government is helping too.
The new small vehicles will have water and foam to put out fires.
There will also be special bikes with fire extinguishers on them for smaller fires.
This is to help stop fires faster and reduce damage.
The state's fire services plan to buy 56 small fire extinguishing vehicles.
These smaller vehicles will help tackle fires in congested areas and narrow streets.
The state government is providing Rs 12 crore for the purchase of 39 vehicles.
An additional 17 vehicles will be bought with funds from the Centre.
