Delhi, Mumbai Face More Showers as Central India Braces Rain

Delhi may get some lighter rain on Wednesday and Thursday morning.

The city could become less rainy from Friday.

Mumbai and nearby coastal areas may stay wet, which could cause water to collect on roads and slow traffic.

Some parts of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh may receive much heavier rain.

Gwalior and nearby districts could see flooding in low-lying places because the soil is already very wet.

Eastern, northeastern and some coastal areas may also get strong showers and thunderstorms.

Bengaluru and Hyderabad are expected to have only scattered or isolated rain.

The weather is being influenced by a low-pressure area and other weather systems over India.
