HRCP concerned over Baloch women disappearances
The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) is very worried about many cases where women and girls from Balochistan have been taken away or are missing.
This has been happening a lot recently, and the families of these women are very upset.
The HRCP says that the government is not following the right rules and that these actions are hurting many families.
Some families have even protested to ask for their loved ones to be brought back safely.
The HRCP wants the government to be more open and to make sure that those responsible are held accountable.
HRCP expresses grave concern over arbitrary detentions and enforced disappearances of Baloch women and girls.
Several cases reported, including students Habib Wazir and Adnan Wazir missing since November 12.
Former lawmaker Nisar Panhwar and his son Mohsin Panhwar allegedly disappeared in Karachi on December 22.
Families of missing persons protest in Kech district, demanding safe return of their loved ones.
