India Leads Commonwealth Cue Sports Championships With 13 Medals
India won more medals than any other country at the Commonwealth Cue Sports Championships.
Its players earned three gold medals, five silver medals and five bronze medals.
Aditya Snehal Mehta won the men’s snooker final against another Indian player.
Anupama Ramachandran and Rayaan Razmi also won gold for India.
Players from more than 40 nations took part.
They competed in five kinds of cue sports over four days.
The championships took place in Ahmedabad and were held in India for the first time.
The event was also part of the Indian federation’s centenary celebrations.
