High Court Directs No Coercive Action Against YSRC Leader Bhumana

In the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, there is a big building called the High Court where judges make decisions about the law.

A leader named Bhumana Karunakar Reddy belongs to a political party called the YSRC.

A government official called the district collector said that Mr. Reddy and his family went onto private land that they should not have entered.

The collector asked the police to look into the matter, and the case was heard by a judge named Justice Y. Lakshmana Rao.

The judge said the police should not take any harsh or forceful action against Mr. Reddy and his family for now.

The judge also said the police can keep investigating to find out exactly what happened.

The judge wondered why the district collector was involved, because the land belonged to a private person who had not even complained.

The judge was also unhappy that Mr. Reddy and his supporters had been called bad names like 'goondas'.

This decision means Mr. Reddy is treated fairly while the case continues, because even accused people deserve fair treatment until proven wrong.
